The tasting

Je t’aime mais j’ai soif by Vincent Caillé is the perfect cuvée for a casual aperitif with friends. The kind of balance between fruit, citrus and its freshness that everyone likes. Without this biodynamic wine giving us great emotions, we finish our glass, then the bottle without realizing it… And for the price, that’s all we ask of it!

Domaine le Fay d'Homme

Le Fay d’Homme Estate : Biodynamic Wine form Muscadet

Vincent Caillé is the 5th generation to operate at the Domaine le Fay d’Homme located in Monnières, in the heart of the Muscadet appellation, on gneiss, gabbro and orthogneiss soils. It was in 1986 that Vincent officially took over the vineyard. 10 years later, in 1996, he converted the whole thing to organic farming. Over the years, the desire to push the approach further seems obvious to him. In 2012 he obtained the Demeter certification.
In the winery, in line with his approach of using no chemicals in his vines, he vinifies in the most natural way possible, and offers long aging on the lees. Given the price of its cuvées and the pleasure they provide, you have to taste it!
