Domaine Romaneaux-Destezet - Hervé Souhaut

Created in 1993 by Hervé Souhaut (biologist), the Romaneaux-Destezet estate has grown over the years. Between the planting of new vines and the purchase of neighboring plots, the vineyard, in the Saint Joseph appellation, is today made up of 7 hectares.
The terroir made up of granite gives a nice acidity to the wines. In the cellar, Hervé very quickly turned to the most honest wines possible!
