After studying at the Lycée Viticole d’Amboise, in 2009 he founded a trading house wine with Thierry Puzelat (Puzelat-Bonhomme). A few years later, Thierry was forced to leave the structure to concentrate on his vineyard. Pierre Olivier continues the adventure and buys 7 hectares in the municipalities of Monthou-sur-Bièvre. He vinifies precise, fine wines with great energy!
