Thomas Jacquin

After working for 6 years at the Tissot estate, Thomas Jacquin moved to Arbois in 2017. He cultivates less than 1 hectare of vines there (Savagnin and Poulsard) but also medicinal plants. The small vineyard is run organically and to prevent disease it uses clay and the plants he cultivates.
In the cellar, no inputs or sulphites of course, and racking is done by gravity. A promising young winegrower to follow!
