The Tasting of Blanc de Noir
Blanc de Noir from Champagne Fleury is their emblematic cuvée which has demonstrated all their know-how and originality for several years. A 100% Pinot Noir. A mix of flowers, honey, white fruits and noble woods…
A Champagne with a lot of personality knowing how to combine roundness and suppleness. The fine bubbles bring elegance and freshness, and its vinous aromas at the end of the mouth remind us that Champagnes are above all wine. A neat bottle whose signature we recognize!

Champagne Fleury
In 1985, Emile Fleury founded the Champagne Fleury Père & Fils house on clay-limestone soil in Couteron (Côte des Bars). Winemaker and nurseryman, during the phylloxera crisis, he was the first to graft pinot noir plants. At that time, they still sell their production to the big houses of Champagne. In 1929, after a crisis of the price of grapes, they decided to vinify their own champagnes..
Today renowned around the world for the elegance and roundness of its Pinots, this Champagne house is also known for having been a pioneer in the conversion to organic (1970) and biodynamic agriculture (1992). Each year, international awards honor the house’s cuvées.
